Description:
The Estate comprises of eight residential units. The brief was to refurbish the interior of each house and to add conservatories in suitable places to seven of the eight houses.
5 of the houses are similar in layout and comprise of the living quarters on the ground level and the private quarters on the first floor. 2 of the houses are on split levels with the living quarters situated on the higher level.
The Service included the re-planning of Kitchens, Sculleries, Pantries, Bathrooms and all Cupboards and floating shelves, the Lighting, Tile Layout details, placement of all sanitaryware, choice of accessories and colour finishes.
