Located in the southern suburbs, this building forms part of the greater Westlate Office Park development initiated by Rabie Property Developers. Grapevine House is so named after the major tenant, Grapevine Interactive, who secured naming rights as part of their lease agreement.
This building affords ample parking space (4 bays + per 100sqm of office space), security, prestige and generous views to all its varied tenants. Design considerations included a sufficiently naturally ventilated semi-basement which consequently saved the client from installation and maintenance costs of artificial ventilation systems and sprinkler installations.
The latest elevator design technology was considered and thus eliminated the need for a lift motor room, thus maintaining the aesthetic profile of the building.
