Description:
Stonefountain Terraces is an office complex with a significant retail component on the ground floor level. The building is situated on a wedge-shaped site south of where the M5 Freeway bridge crosses over Klipfontein Road in Rondebosch.
The Challenge was to transform an ostensibly “left-over” parcel of land into a viable flourishing commercial node. This was achieved by exploiting the synergy that exists between a particular grouping of retail outlets on the opposite side of Klipfontein Road.
The flexible office levels, of which there are three, can accommodate tenant needs ranging from a modest 60sqm to a relatively large 500sqm space requirement. Parking provisions include a substantial basement parking level, on grade level parking as well as convenient “Stop-and-Go” off-street parking.
