Description:
The five storey building is located in Broad Road, Wynberg, and houses offices, medical suites and commercial outlets on the ground level. The Building was developed by a group of doctors in two phases.
Due to the downturn in the demand for office space in 2005-2006 period, the developers embarked on changing a section of the building for residential use.
A total of 50 units comprising of one and two bedroom units were designed to suit and complement the existing structure.
